In an article in the USA Today, on April 9, 2010, headlined: “NASA to oversee space taxi development”, we read the following quotes:
- “Obama then plans to deliver a major space policy speech and hopefully convince everybody that as he says, ‘You know, I put more money into the budget. I’ve said over and over again I’ a big fan of human space flight, and I don’t know how to say it any clearer.” (Last paragraph)
- NASA plans to open an office at Kennedy Space Center that would oversee development of commercial space taxis to fly astronauts to and from the International Space Station—a $5.8 billion enterprise over the next five years.”
Clearly, as inventor of Sports In Space™, the Good Sport Space Station™, and Video Athletics® in general, I think there is a better idea for spending dollars on the U.S. Space Program…and I am not talking about the Constellation program of going to the moon….
